Yes we do take insurance and they are listed here. If you are out of network we can give you a super bill.

All sessions are 50 minutes.

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel after 48 hours, the whole cost of the session will be owed by you. I do try and work with clients, so if we can reschedule it in the same week, it will be billed like a regular session using your insurance.

That is up to you to decide. I start with one time weekly and as things progress, clients can decide to go biweekly until they decide they do not need it anymore. I can make suggestions and help with that as well.

Right now, I am a telehealth therapist, working over Zoom with HIPAA compliance.
